I had a decent stay at Windsor Hotel & Convention Center Istanbul. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, although they felt a bit small. I really enjoyed the excellent service at breakfast, especially from the staff on the 17th floor. However, the location wasn't ideal for tourists, and I noticed some cleanliness issues in the wellness area.
