the breakfast was acceptable , but nothing stood out.
The room i booked , a superior city view french , had an issue i must address. there was a persistent draft near the window . furthermore , the bathroom lacked adequate ventilation . Moisture lingered after showers , increasing the risk of mold growth.

The lobby was grand! it impressed me. reception staff, especially mr veysel, accommodated a late checkout. the bellboys were friendly. Mr faruk was always ready to assist with any questions. the housekeeping staff maintained a very high level of cleanliness.
the spa area was not quite as luxurious as the pictures showed, and unfortunately, i witnessed a guest spitting in the steam room.

The gym had ample equipment. i remember seeing treadmills and stationary bikes available, i think, so that guests could maintain their fitness routines while traveling. Also the pool provides a relaxing alternative.

the room featured a rainfall shower! this was a very nice touch that added to the overall experience. in addition, the spaciousness was very welcome, especially after long days exploring local sights, it was great.

The hotel's proximity to key attractions was a significant benefit. It was well-situated for accessing public transport and experiencing the city's vibrant life, though, sometimes it was busy.
